Part-Time Sales Stylist (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Stylist to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team members to inspire customers, promote the brand’s heritage, and drive sales through personalized styling and service.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omni‑channel experience.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing, inventory and stock replenishment.
• Customer service and conflict resolution.
