Part-Time Sales Associate – Westfield Southcenter

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate for its Westfield Southcenter location in Seattle. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage and product line.
• Provide exceptional service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales goals.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, inventory counts and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
