Part-Time Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

Levi's is seeking a motivated part‑time Sales Associate to join the team at the Chesterfield Premium Outlet store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover Levi's products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive sign‑ups.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and manage merchandise operations such as shipments, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, including set‑ups and displays.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
