Part-Time Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend fashion knowledge with customer service to help shoppers find the perfect look while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering style advice and product recommendations aligned with current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and manage merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure store compliance with policies, and support inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching tasks.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
