Part-Time Retail Key Holder

About the role

Levi's® Outlet Retail in West Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Key Holder to join the store management team. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in executing sales strategies and monitoring performance.
• Coach and mentor store associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Uphold Levi’s brand standards, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal age of 18 years or older.
• Commitment to follow store policies and directives.
