Part-Time Promotion Associate (Center City, PA)

About the role

The Part‑Time Promotion Associate will support BBG brands by driving brand presence and sales through creative in‑store and market events in the Center City area. You will engage consumers, distribute samples, and build relationships to boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute product samples during promotional events.
• Achieve sell‑through targets by tracking bottles sold per hour and completing required surveys.
• Educate clients, account staff and fellow associates on assigned labels.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the National Account Manager to stock fluctuations.
• Maintain account standards and use point‑of‑sale materials to maximise brand visibility.
• Collaborate with chain staff, distributors and suppliers to ensure successful events.
• Provide exceptional customer care in line with account guidelines.
• Attend training sessions, brand workshops and pass required assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Basic PC skills with MS Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

What we offer

• $48 per event (each event lasts two hours).
• Flexible schedule with workdays Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
