About the role
We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Pre Clerk to join our Alexandria, IN Service Center. The role supports our dispatch and logistics teams by handling calls, paperwork and data entry.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route calls on a multi‑line telephone system.
- Enter and maintain driver and shipment data in company systems.
- Process driver paperwork and assist dispatchers with routine tasks.
- Perform general office duties and any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask quickly and work with a sense of urgency.
- Accurate typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Dependable, well‑organized and computer literate.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Windows operating system.

- Starting pay of $18.76 per hour, Monday‑Friday 2 pm‑8 pm.
- One week of vacation after 90 days, plus paid holidays.
