About the role

Luna is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes near them. It is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health. Therapists set their own availability, and Luna matches them with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive (about 12 minutes on average). Coverage areas include Seattle and Tacoma.

Key responsibilities

Treat one patient per visit, providing one-on-one outpatient PT through their full plan of care
Set your own schedule and choose how many visits per week
Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork

Required profile

Active, state-specific PT license
Reliable personal transportation
Liability insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification
