About the role
Collective is a growing property management company dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences. As a Part‑Time Maintenance Technician you will respond quickly to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure our properties remain safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
- Maintain clean, high‑quality interior and exterior appearance of properties.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repairs.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Organize and manage the maintenance shop, inventory, and tools.
- Complete all service requests promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Previous multi‑family experience preferred.
- Demonstrated maintenance skills and hands‑on experience.
- Customer service experience preferred.
