Part-Time Leasing Professional (University Place)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional for its Alta community in University Place. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
