Part-Time Leasing Professional (Mode)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to support the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives. You will help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software to track availability, record traffic, and document leasing activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of leasing experience (entry‑level candidates may also apply).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
