Part-Time Leasing Professional (Creekside Apartments)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Creekside Apartments by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring resident satisfaction and retention. This part‑time position works closely with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform full‑cycle leasing activities and provide excellent resident service.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
• Proactive approach to market research and marketing plan implementation.
