Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Breakers at Windmill Lakes

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will support the Breakers at Windmill Lakes community in Houston by driving leasing activity, ensuring resident satisfaction, and helping retain existing tenants. This part‑time position focuses on marketing the property, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and coordinating move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system, tracking availability, traffic, and resident demographics.
