Part-Time Floor Staff – $14/hr + Free Movies

About the role

Join the Regal Fairfax Towne Center team as a part‑time Floor Staff member. You will help create a welcoming environment for movie‑goers while handling ticket sales, concessions, and usher duties.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Box Office POS system, manage cash drawers, and process tickets, gift cards, and discounts.
• Sell and promote premium viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and the Regal Crown Club.
• Run the Concession Stand POS, handle cash, credit cards, and maintain inventory.
• Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment while complying with food‑safety regulations.
• Perform usher duties: ticket collection, crowd control, seat assistance, and auditorium inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Regular and reliable attendance with the ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and follow company policies.
• Legal age to sell alcohol where applicable and current alcohol certification.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training on harassment, discrimination, and safety.
