About the role

Join Pandora as a Part‑Time Flexible Sales Associate at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach. You will deliver world‑class customer experiences, help fans express their love through jewellery, and support store operations during peak traffic periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Engage customers during evenings, weekends, holidays and other high‑traffic events.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a smooth, on‑brand store operation.
• Adapt to a variable schedule, stepping in during peak hours and periods of low traffic.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lb.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and promotional events.
