About the role

Join Pandora at Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach as a Part‑Time Core Sales Associate. You will be the brand’s ambassador, delivering a world‑class shopping experience and helping customers express their personal style through jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to inspire purchases.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure smooth store operations.
• Stay cross‑trained across all store functions and mentor new team members.
• Uphold Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver in daily interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high‑performance retail or sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to connect with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• At least 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays and at least 20 hours per week.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 + pounds.
