Part-Time Concierge

About the role

The Concierge provides front‑line resident services and supports the community team at Greystar’s Arlington property. This part‑time position ensures a welcoming environment for prospects, residents, and visitors while handling day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage waiting areas, and ensure comfort while they await assistance.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently (up to 50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support other properties or attend training.
