Part-Time Clinical Supervisor (Fall Semester)

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor will work 20 hours per week in the on‑site training clinic at Texas A&M University‑Central Texas (Community Counseling Family Therapy Center) for the Fall semester (August 24 – December 11, 2026). This is a temporary, fixed‑term position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and tele‑health clinical supervision to graduate counseling students.
• Participate in operational and procedural activities to meet clinic goals.
• Evaluate graduate student performance and progress.
• Offer leadership for the clinic in the absence of the Director/Assistant Director.
• Deliver daily and weekly guidance to teams of counselors and therapists in training.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (minimum three years related experience).
• Preferred: Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (COAMFTE) or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP).
• 1‑3 years post‑graduate experience in community mental health, private practice, or related settings.
• Licensed LMFT or LMFT‑Approved Supervisor; AAMFT Approved Supervisor or candidate credential.
• Strong knowledge of counseling and supervision practices, tele‑health, and standard office software.

What we offer

• Salary commensurate with experience, estimated $8,000–$11,000 for the semester.
