Research Scientist – Epigenetics & Cancer Immunotherapy

About the role
The Research Scientist will lead studies on epigenetic and transcriptional regulation in cancer immunotherapy and hematological diseases. The role combines cell‑based assays, animal models, molecular techniques, and high‑throughput sequencing to uncover disease mechanisms and support therapeutic development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute epigenetic experiments using cell culture, 3D spheroid/organoid systems, and primary cells.
- Perform molecular assays such as PCR, qPCR, ChIP, co‑IP, Western blot, ELISA, and DNA methylation analysis.
- Conduct rodent studies, including breeding, genotyping, drug administration, and histological analysis.
- Analyze multi‑omics and high‑throughput sequencing data.
- Mentor junior lab members and collaborate with internal and external researchers.
Required profile
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in molecular biology, genetics, immunology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead research projects.
- Strong record of scientific communication through meetings and presentations.

- Cell culture, primary cell culture, 3D spheroid/organoid culture
- Co‑immunoprecipitation (co‑IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
- PCR, quantitative PCR (qPCR)
- Flow cytometry / FACS
- Western blotting, ELISA
- DNA methylation assays
- Fluorescence microscopy
- High‑throughput sequencing and multi‑omics analysis
- Rodent handling, breeding, genotyping, drug administration, histology
