Part-Time Care Manager (CNA/CHHA)

About the role

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is hiring a Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) in Princeton, a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. Per-diem availability is also offered. The salary range is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents in all aspects of their daily life according to their care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization and activities.
• Provide resident care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of all residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided to assigned residents each shift and report any change of condition to the supervisor immediately.

Required profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification.
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population, preferred with dementia experience.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch, and to lift or carry up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics.
