About the role
Ensemble Schools is looking for a fun, experienced, and professional brass instructor to teach part‑time at The Music Shop in Boonton, New Jersey. The position is on‑site and involves delivering in‑person brass lessons to students of various ages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual brass instruction to students in an on‑site setting.
- Set and manage personal availability while maintaining consistent lesson schedules.
- Ensure punctuality, safety, and adherence to school policies during lessons.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and experience working with young musicians.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a routine background check.
Required skills
- Proficiency on brass instruments.
