Parking Attendant (Non-Driving)

About the role

Propark Mobility is seeking enthusiastic Parking Attendants to join our team in Cleveland. The role involves guiding patrons to parking spots, handling ticket transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct customers to appropriate parking locations.
• Issue tickets, record transaction details, and process exceptions such as lost or grace‑period tickets.
• Complete daily paperwork documenting vehicle flow, ticket counts, and contract parker information.
• Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank them upon exit.
• Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by local management.
• Assist with special projects assigned by location management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic ticketing and cash‑handling procedures.
• Customer service orientation.
