Logistics Associate

About the role

Beacon Dx is looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Associate to support the delivery and operational excellence of its home sleep testing services. The role involves handling medical kits, programming equipment, and ensuring accurate data entry while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming medical kits, saving study data into proprietary software.
• Sanitize, inspect, and program SleepView monitors in line with hygiene protocols and FDA guidelines.
• Assemble patient kits for shipment and manage inbound/outbound packages.
• Prepare the SleepView Direct area, pull inventory, and support day‑to‑day office operations.
• Enter and update patient information and sleep test data while safeguarding Protected Health Information.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in warehouse kitting, shipping, or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling confidential patient data.

• Hourly compensation based on experience, currently $22.50 per hour.
