About the role
The Parent Support Mentor (Pulaski County) – HEI Program Coordinator is a grant‑funded position within the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Working closely with the county Women, Infants & Children (WIC) office, the mentor provides training, builds capacity, and supports program evaluation for families.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training activities for parents and caregivers in Pulaski County.
- Collaborate with the grantor, community partners, and WIC staff to align program goals.
- Assist in building training capacity and resources.
- Collect, manage, and report data for program evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and institutional policies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent (or comparable experience).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
