Paralegal

About the role

Quince is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Paralegal to join its fast‑growing legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be the first dedicated Paralegal hire and will design, scale, and own the infrastructure that enables the global legal function to operate efficiently across the U.S., U.K., EU, and India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and renewal.
• Provide privacy and Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) support.
• Assist with employment and HR documentation.
• Support litigation and claims processes.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and maintain related documentation.
• Develop repeatable processes, templates, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, People, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service to improve turnaround times and documentation quality.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of relevant paralegal or legal operations experience.
• Proven ability to design and scale legal processes in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with global, multi‑jurisdictional legal teams.
