Paralegal / Intake Specialist – ERTC

About the role

Zirtual is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal / Intake Specialist to support a high‑volume Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) operation across roughly 42 U.S. states. This project‑based position involves conducting scripted intake calls, gathering qualifying information, and organizing client documentation remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scripted intake calls with prospective ERTC clients and ask qualification questions using a provided framework.
• Record call transcripts and coordinate them for internal use.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation in Microsoft OneDrive.
• Maintain accurate intake records and up‑to‑date digital client files.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with prospective clients, adhering to established response‑time expectations.
• Follow Zirtual’s workflows and processes with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a paralegal or in legal intake.
• Comfortable conducting live client calls and following scripted processes.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
