Paralegal Case Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced personal injury legal team as a Paralegal Case Manager. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison for clients and support attorneys throughout the entire case lifecycle, ensuring timely progress and compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and assist with discovery under attorney supervision.
• Handle electronic court filings in line with procedural rules.
• Monitor court and case deadlines, alerting attorneys when action is required.
• Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and courts.
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and documentation using FileVine and related legal systems.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation.
• Provide trial preparation and on‑site trial support as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering updates and support throughout the legal process.

Required profile

• Strong experience in personal injury case management.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and proactively flag required actions.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and data entry.
• Reliable remote work setup with a quiet, distraction‑free environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FileVine legal case management software.
