Paralegal / Attorney – Employment Law (Los Angeles)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles seeking a highly motivated Paralegal or Attorney to support our employment‑law practice. The role offers exposure to federal and state class‑action litigation against large corporations and the chance to influence key strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on transactional matters, class actions, and employee‑related issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent the firm in court trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and policy development.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect client interests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the legal team and other departments, staying current on relevant laws and industry trends.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in good standing (or qualified paralegal) with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class‑action litigation, and employment matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
