Palletizer Operator (Night Shift, 6pm-6:30am)

About the role

Saputo, a top 10 global dairy processor, is hiring a Palletizer Operator for its Sulphur Springs facility, working the night shift from 6pm to 6:30am. The role covers the safe and efficient operation of packing and palletizing equipment, with a starting pay of $20.12 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments, physically stack product by hand, and carry out clean-up and rework when needed.
• Verify and validate information, and identify and communicate any out-of-specification product conditions.
• Complete production records and documents accurately and neatly.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety, security, quality and food safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Demonstrated work history.
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position: standing, walking, bending, stooping and climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment, with good visual acuity and colour discrimination.
