Packaging Designer

About the role

The Packaging Designer will support senior designers in creating retail‑ready packaging for a range of luxury and lifestyle brands. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on real‑world projects, develop mockups, and contribute fresh ideas while learning from experienced teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior designers and development teams in producing packaging layouts, graphics, and visual refinements.
• Research packaging trends, materials, and sustainability initiatives to inform concepts.
• Create mockups, comps, and basic renderings to visualize packaging ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute thoughtful concepts.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across seasonal and evergreen collections.
• Maintain organized working files, clearly labeling assets, links, and versions.
• Support exploration of new materials, structures, and production techniques under senior guidance.
• Incorporate feedback from designers, developers, and stakeholders, making revisions as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an in‑house creative team or design agency (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open‑minded, adaptable, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Pantone color system
• Familiarity with print‑ready files and dielines
• Understanding of packaging materials and print production processes
