About the role

We are contracting motivated Owner‑Operator drivers with their own authority to run consistent freight across multiple trailer types nationwide. Our experienced dispatch team provides support and load sourcing for long‑term independent contractors.

Required profile

Active MC Authority (preferred) or willingness to work with approved carrier partners
Valid insurance coverage
CDL‑A license
Owner‑operated truck ready to run
Professional communication skills

Dedicated, experienced dispatch support (two‑dispatcher team)
Consistent load sourcing across dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, RGN/lowboy, car haul, oilfield & specialized, marine & heavy haul
Rate negotiation and market guidance
Compliance coordination
Weekly settlements and pay based on trailer type and freight lane
Trailer options available for qualified drivers
