About the role

We are contracting motivated Owner‑Operator drivers with their own authority to run consistent freight across multiple trailer types, supported by a seasoned dispatch team.

Key responsibilities

Provide dedicated, experienced dispatch support
Source consistent loads across various trailer types
Negotiate rates and offer market guidance
Coordinate compliance and paperwork
Support drivers with a two‑dispatcher team

Required profile

Active MC Authority (preferred)
Valid insurance coverage
CDL‑A license
Owner‑operated truck
Professional communication and readiness to run
