About the role

Join Meijer as an Overnight Team Member and help keep the store running smoothly during night hours. You will work across fresh departments, providing friendly service and maintaining product quality for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Maintain fresh, visually appealing product displays and stock shelves.
• Rotate and merchandise products according to standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Use store technology to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support multiple departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, follow processes, and work safely.
• Willingness to be physically active, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfort learning and using job‑specific technology.
• Previous retail or food‑service experience is helpful but not required.
