Overnight Prevailing Wage Concierge – Lumen

About the role

The Prevailing Wage Concierge works overnight to provide resident services and act as a resource for local market information. This position supports prospects and residents in a property managed by Greystar, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth operations during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for assistance.
• Answer and route phone calls, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, oversee loading dock/elevator coordination for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, including phone management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of local area amenities and resources to assist residents.
• Willingness to work the overnight shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM) with days off on Monday and Tuesday.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $32.00.
• Eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
