Overnight Concierge – Hardware Village

About the role

The Overnight Concierge provides essential resident services during night hours at the Hardware Village community. Acting as the first point of contact, you ensure a welcoming environment for prospects, residents, and visitors while supporting the property team with various operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for assistance.
• Answer and route phone calls, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community offerings.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support other properties or attend training.
