Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a fast‑growing home‑improvement company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its hybrid team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations and close high‑ticket remodeling projects while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 qualified customers daily and conduct in‑home inspections.
• Recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors solutions.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (up to 6 days/week); industry experience a plus.
