Outside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to deliver interactive sales presentations for home improvement products and services directly at customers’ homes. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in‑home sales presentations to decision‑makers.
• Set and achieve individual sales targets and track performance.
• Promote FHIA Remodeling’s products and services, including windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing, and more.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain a full schedule with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work without close supervision.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• In‑home or business‑to‑consumer sales experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with home‑improvement categories such as windows, doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, HVAC or automotive sales (a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
