Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, one of the nation’s fastest‑growing home‑improvement companies, is seeking driven, competitive individuals to join its sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative you will work a hybrid schedule in Greenville, SC, meeting pre‑qualified homeowners and closing high‑ticket remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive from home).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
