Outreach Pharmacy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Senior Care Outreach and Retention team. As an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist you will serve as the frontline contact for members, helping them stay on track with their medications and understand their health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update, and monitor pharmacy information shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct outbound educational calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacists focused on medication adherence.
• Motivate members to refill prescriptions and coordinate communication with providers and pharmacies.
• Handle customer service inquiries via telephone and provide timely resolutions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer‑service environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required.

Required skills

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) credential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
