Outpatient SUD Group Facilitator (Part‑Time / Full‑Time)

About the role

CRI‑Help is seeking compassionate professionals to facilitate therapeutic and educational groups for clients with substance use disorders. The position is available on both part‑time and full‑time schedules at our North Hollywood outpatient clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group counseling and educational sessions using evidence‑based practices.
• Write individualized notes for each group participant on a daily basis.
• Maintain a minimum of 65% DMC billing productivity each month.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Outpatient Program Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One‑year minimum experience in substance‑use‑disorder treatment.
• Certification as a CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP Addictions Counselor, Registered AMFT, or Licensed MFT.
• Willingness to undergo random drug screenings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing.
• Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
• Understanding of the 12‑step programs of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
• Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Record software.
