About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its Clinical Staff – Rehabilitation Therapy team in Little Rock. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, supporting the university’s mission to improve health outcomes for Arkansans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with institutional policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible applicant must apply through Workday.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Availability to work day‑shift hours.
• Willingness to comply with UAMS policies and procedures.
