OSINT Analyst - MID

About the role

Amentum is seeking an OSINT Analyst - MID to join its team in Quantico, VA, supporting mission-critical projects that affect national security and intelligence. The analyst supports the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Entity Vetting (EV), which includes the Verification and Triage Unit (VTU), the Due Diligence Unit (DDU) and the Risk Management Unit (RMU). The work schedule is standard 8-4, with possible flexibility of an hour at government direction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze foreign economic structures and how they support military-industrial complexes.
• Analyze the economic health of foreign states and non-state actors to assess defense spending and financial ability to sustain military operations.
• Identify potential economic leverage points and vulnerabilities in foreign economies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category.
• Minimum 8 years of experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns and anomalies and recommend solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including strategic communications with key stakeholders, written reports, conference leadership and briefings.
• Ability to navigate technology effectively at classified and unclassified levels.
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Preferred: prior OSINT experience or experience supporting DCSA Javelin.

• Data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.
• SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools.
