Orthotist – Field Services (Camden, NJ)

About the role

Enovis is looking for a dedicated Orthotist to join its Field Services team in Camden, NJ. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality orthotic care, educating patients, and supporting the use of durable medical equipment across a range of orthopedic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and expectations of orthotic devices and orthopedic equipment.
• Assist with patient evaluations, including measurements, fittings, and casting activities in line with established guidelines.
• Review prescriptions, gather relevant patient information, and maintain accurate clinical documentation for care and billing.
• Communicate device instructions, wear schedules, and cost information; follow up on routine patient questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, billing, and patient‑care needs; escalate complex issues as required.
• Adhere to Enovis compliance programs, government healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and related policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthotics, durable medical equipment, or a related orthopedic setting.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively.
• Strong documentation skills to support clinical and billing requirements.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and HIPAA standards.
