Organizational Change Management Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

The Organizational Change Management Lead will drive human‑centered adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models for large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This hybrid position supports federal and DoD clients and works closely with program leadership, delivery teams, and end‑user communities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change leader for enterprise digital transformation programs, delivering consistent communication, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption support.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, messaging, and training plans to ensure adoption, compliance, and operational continuity.
• Coach project teams and change champions on communication best practices and readiness planning.
• Surface risks and user concerns early, providing actionable recommendations to sponsors.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading change management for digital transformation, enterprise systems implementations, or process modernization.
• Prior experience with DoD or Federal transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Experience supporting large‑scale SAP transformation projects (preferred).
