Order Fulfillment Agent – Supply Chain

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent to join its supply chain team in Mount Joy. In this position you will pick, process, and package customer orders while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that packaging and marketing labels match finished goods.
• Create and apply compliance labels using the POS system.
• Confirm unit counts and label accuracy against dispensary manifests.
• Tote, seal, and stage completed orders for delivery.
• Schedule orders based on logistics, inventory levels, and customer requests.

Required profile

• 1 year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment (2‑3 years preferred).
• Ability to follow detailed compliance and quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system for label creation.
