Lead Order Fulfillment Agent

About the role

The Lead Order Fulfillment Agent joins Cresco Labs' Order Fulfillment team to ensure every order is accurately recorded in the statewide seed‑to‑sale tracking system and the internal sales portal. Working Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, this role reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager and acts as the primary point of contact for order discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and resource for production staff on products, services, policies, procedures, industry updates, and regulatory changes.
• Create, update, and review manifests for outgoing and incoming deliveries, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Complete all required company and state paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Order Fulfillment Manager and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth order processing and compliance with tracking requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and internal compliance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork accurately.
• Effective communication skills to support production staff and resolve issues.
• Organized and proactive in following up on order discrepancies.
