Oracle WAM Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle WAM Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of a migration from Oracle WAM to the Oracle Utilities WACS cloud platform. The role involves building a dedicated team, delivering a high‑level upgrade estimate, and ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup of the Oracle Utilities WACS cloud environment.
• Lead integration and interface architecture discussions across functional teams.
• Define and implement the data conversion strategy for migrating from Oracle WAM to WACS.
• Design and validate system connections, data flows, and technical dependencies for a successful cloud transition.
• Create high‑level upgrade estimates and guide the team through the planning phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on migration objectives and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle WAM Upgrade or Solution Architect.
• Strong background in cloud migration projects, particularly within Oracle Utilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to design data conversion and integration strategies.
