Oracle Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream Lead

About the role

The Source to Pay Workstream Lead will drive the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion Source to Pay solutions for a client in Charlotte. This hybrid position requires on‑site presence from day one and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end procurement processes, from purchasing to payables and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on Oracle Cloud solution adoption.
• Facilitate design sessions, configure the software, and produce functional designs.
• Manage workstream activities, deliverables, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate with security, integration, reporting, and data migration leads.
• Support testing, production cut‑over, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Assist clients with data migration and integration efforts.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members and act as escalation point for workstream risks.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Source to Pay solutions.
• At least one to two full‑lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud S2P applications.
• Strong consulting background with client‑facing workstream leadership.
• Eligibility to work in the US (GC/USC) and willingness to relocate if needed.
