Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to support the Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Oracle EBS solutions meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyse requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options for Oracle EBS.
• Support Oracle EBS processes related to sourcing and supplier qualification, including fit‑gap analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to map requirements to system design and support testing, issue resolution, and user validation.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15.
• Solid understanding of contract, sourcing, and supplier qualification processes.
• Proven ability to work in a techno‑functional capacity, interfacing directly with business users and delivery teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
