Oracle FCCS Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer to join our finance technology team in Stamford, CT. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions that streamline enterprise financial consolidation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end FCCS implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance teams.
• Configure consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, currency translation, journals and allocations.
• Develop and maintain automated financial close processes.
• Design integrations between FCCS, General Ledger, and other EPM modules.
• Create financial reports, Smart View templates, and dashboards.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
• Troubleshoot data, metadata, consolidation, and reporting issues.
• Manage metadata using EDM and Data Management/Data Integration.
• Develop business rules and automation with Groovy Rules and EPM Automate.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience delivering Oracle FCCS solutions.
• Strong background in financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to work with finance stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
